Vaso serves Spanish tapas on a changing menu, including fried squid with aioli, croquetas with Joselito Iberian ham, charcoal-grilled red prawns and paella. Most seats are at counters where chefs cook in front of guests, and the room called Blanco is louder than the smaller Negro room.
